We deploy a dedicated punch superintendent to conduct a comprehensive review, enabling us to refine and address any remaining items on our internal punch list. Subsequently, we extend an invitation to the design team to perform their punch walk and finalize all outstanding tasks. Lastly, we coordinate a thorough final cleaning of the project prior to its official turnover. We take pride in this step, recognizing its significance in setting us apart in the market.
