CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Kevin Hoffman, Founder and CEO of Hoff Construction Group, dedicated the initial 10 years of his career to a journey of growth upon graduating from the University of Colorado as a Civil Engineer. Beginning his career as a Project Engineer at Matt Construction, Kevin steadily climbed the ranks, demonstrating his dedication and expertise. His journey led him to the position of Project Manager at Panattoni, where he honed his skills and expanded his knowledge in the field of construction. With a proven track record of success, Kevin continued to ascend, ultimately reaching the esteemed role of President at SK Hoff Construction.
2002
During his leadership at SK Hoff Construction, Kevin and Dennis Sackoff collaborated on the development of over 30 multi-family/mixed use projects within the Portland Metro area. Together, they emerged as the dynamic duo, demonstrating an exceptional ability to design and construct numerous projects efficiently and cost-effectively. This partnership resulted in the creation of more than 2,300 apartments and 35,000 square feet of commercial space. Their efforts have established one of the most significantly privately held apartment portfolios in the Portland area.
2011
Kevin established Hoff Construction Group with support from Dennis and began working in close collaboration with Developers to design, build, and execute their projects. The inaugural projects included ventures with HFO Investment Group as well as a place of worship for the Korean community. Kevin assembled a team of professionals distinguished by their expertise and their desire to innovate. Today, our team consists of exceptionally talented, passionate individuals devoted to the ethos of “Build Better”.
