The apartments seamlessly integrate living, working, and gathering spaces, reflecting the growing demand for flexible live/work environments. Amenity spaces abound from workspaces in the lobby and communal areas to a spacious community room featuring a full kitchen and fireplace. A roof deck and outdoor courtyard, fitness center and a green roof over the parking garage are well thought out. Complementing the apartments are three retail spaces on the ground level. Located in the Montavilla neighborhood of Portland’s Jade District, and near the Portland Community College Southeast Campus lives a transformative project at the intersection of 82nd and Division. This ambitious endeavor boasts 148 residential units complemented by 2,820 square feet of ground-floor retail space. While Division Street has witnessed a surge in high-density mixed-use projects over the past decade, few have ventured beyond 82nd Avenue. As part of its community-focused approach, the development will introduce 360 feet of new sidewalk and upgrade the pavement on the eastern side, enhancing the overall streetscape and fostering a more pedestrian-friendly environment.
