At the heart of Hudson East are 56 thoughtfully crafted apartments spanning 76,800 square feet.  The building comprises three above-ground stories in addition to sub-grade parking.  The apartments seamlessly integrate living, working, and gathering spaces, reflecting the growing demand for flexible live/work environments. Amenity spaces abound from workspaces in the lobby and communal areas to a spacious community room featuring a full kitchen and fireplace.  A roof deck and outdoor courtyard, fitness center and a green roof over the parking garage are well thought out. Complementing the apartments are three retail spaces on the ground level.  We are excited to be part of enhancing downtown Camas.

Located in the Montavilla neighborhood of Portland’s Jade District, and near the Portland Community College Southeast Campus lives a transformative project at the intersection of 82nd and Division. This ambitious endeavor boasts 148 residential units complemented by 2,820 square feet of ground-floor retail space. While Division Street has witnessed a surge in high-density mixed-use projects over the past decade, few have ventured beyond 82nd Avenue. As part of its community-focused approach, the development will introduce 360 feet of new sidewalk and upgrade the pavement on the eastern side, enhancing the overall streetscape and fostering a more pedestrian-friendly environment.

Spanning 4,037 square feet on a 5,800-square-foot lot, the project includes a full kitchen, a coffee bar, and an inviting outdoor space, ensuring a comfortable and functional environment for employees and visitors alike.
