The creation of a one-of-a-kind dining destination, blending the traditions of Japanese-influenced comfort cuisine with inventive farm-to-table offerings.  The focal point of this tenant improvement build-out is a dynamic restaurant and dining room, complete with a full-service bar and dedicated sushi bar.  Adding to its allure, the adjacent butcher shop occupies a significant portion of the ground floor within a mixed-use building.   

Inside the restaurant, guests are greeted by an ambiance that seamlessly blends modernity and rustic charm with exposed concrete accents, pendant Edison-style bulbs, and expansive windows framing the views of Sandy Boulevard.
