Division Street Station

Located in the vibrant Richmond Neighborhood and situated at 2595 SE 50th Avenue, this project seamlessly blends two distinct building types, delineated by a seismic joint.  The north half features three levels of wood framing atop two levels of post-tension concrete decks, while the south half boasts four levels of wood framing over a single level of post-tension concrete deck.  This innovative combination of construction techniques ensures structural integrity while accommodating different architectural styles and requirements.  The project offers 47 underground parking stalls 126 apartments, and 7,049 square feet of commercial space, totaling 113,505 square feet of mixed-use construction.  Additionally, amenities include secure package lockers, bike storage, a dog wash station, and a keyless entry system, enhancing convenience and comfort for residents.
